PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction order to issue earned leave surrender and encashment (61⁄2 X 1,12,580) to the petitioner, for which, he has made a representation dated 02.11.2016.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) This writ petition is instituted seeking sanction of encashment of surrendered earned leave.

2. The writ petitioner retired from service on 31.7.2013. The necessary proposals for payment of cash component for the earned leave surrendered, we are informed, have already been processed by the office of the Accountant General. We hope and trust that the Accountant General will take all necessary steps and settle the terminal benefits payable to the writ petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

including encashment of surrendered earned leave in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
