O R D E R

The present Tr.C.M.P.No.59 of 2017 is filed to transfer O.S.No.212 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court of Madurantakam to any other court at Chennai.

2. When the Tr.C.M.P is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents filed a memo stating that the suit in O.S.No.212 of 2014 was disposed by the concerned court vide Judgment and decree dated 03.04.2017 itself and the said suit is not pending and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
