2. The 5 saw mill by name N.K.V.Saw Mill at Agarakadambanur, Kilvelur Taluk, rd respondent order Nagapattinam District without valid license or approval. 3. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 14.05.2022 and 07.10.2023, will be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
5. This Court directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the 4/7
petitioners dated 14.05.2022 and 07.10.2023, by conducting detailed enquiry, after th respondent, opportunity of personal giving due notice to the petitioners and the 5 hearing to both the parties, to consider the documents filed by the petitioner as well th respondent, on merits, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate as by the 5 orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is disposed of, with the above observations and directions.
