Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Subordinate Judge, Vaniampadi to dispose of the O.P.No.1 of 2021 within a time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the to direct the Subordinate Judge, Vaniampadi to dispose of the O.P.No.1 of 2021 pending on its file .

2. The case of the petitioner is that he married the respondent on 12.09.2014 at Vijay Mahal Tirumana Mandapam, N.H.Main Road, Girisamudharam, Vaniyambadi. After marriage when the respondent was pregnant there was some misunderstanding between them, hence, the respondent left out from the matrimonial home. Hence the petitioner filed a H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2018 for restitution of conjugal rights and the respondent filed a petition for maintenance from the petitioner in I.A.No.78 of 2018 in the said H.M.O.P and maintenance was also ordered, inspite of the fact that the respondent is a working woman and earning Rs.65,000/-(approximately) per month. While so, the respondent has filed a memo to withdraw the above O.P and to file fresh O.P for dissolution of marriage and the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No. 1 of 2021 before the Subordinate Judge, Vaniampadi and the same is pending. Hence to dispose of the same as early as possible the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the inspite of several efforts taken by him for re-union th respondent has not turned up , due to which he has filed the above O.P. for dissolution of marriage and the

same is pending. Hence he prays this Court to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniampadi is directed to dispose of the suit in H.M.O.P.No. 1 of 2021 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
