By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be Correspondent of the College and would state that Thandava Venkatesa Mudaliyar Educational Trust was

established in the year 2004 and it was started under the name and style of TVM College of Education and it was granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) vide proceedings dated 22.08.2008 to start B.Ed. Course with annual intake of 100 students. The first respondent has also granted affiliation to the said Institution vide proceedings dated 30.09.2008. The petitioner would further state that the college is conducting B.Ed. Course for the past seven years and National Assessment and Accreditation Council also awarded B Grade during the month of February, 2014. It is also stated by the petitioner that since the petitioner institution is having all the infrastructural facilities to start a new course namely, M.Ed., it submitted an application dated 27.05.

2015 to the NCTE seeking No Objection Certificate for starting the course for the academic year 2016-17 and since it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 27.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 15.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
