ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6113 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 that the petitioners/accused shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6113 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
