By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner states that he is hailing from a very poor family belonging to Scheduled Caste Community and his ancestors as well as himself after them is cultivating the lands in S.F.No.106/1 at Panagahalli village, Thalavadi, Erode District and in the Revenue record it has been classified as Porampokku. The petitioner approached the second respondent with necessary documents for issuance of patta and also submitted a representation dated 10.03.2015 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Chinnaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 10.03.2015 after putting on notice, the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner and the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
