ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner under cover of e-mail dated 20.05.2021, has requested that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, since it is only against a show cause notice, for which he has filed his reply on 20.04.2021.

2. Acceding to the request, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that proceedings pursuant to the impugned show cause notice shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the principles of natural justice and applicable statutory provisions. No Costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs.
