ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2734 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28147 of 2019 dated 03.03.2020, to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2734 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28147 of 2019 dated 03.03.2020, is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, Dharmapuri District, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
