Seeking to modify the condition so as to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.IV, Saidapet, Chennai instead of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition of this court.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is totally relaxed. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
