ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The reason assigned to seek condonation of delay is that applicants in review applications were not parties to the writ petition and writ appeal and the orders passed therein. When they came to know about the orders, review application has been filed as the orders under review adversely affect their rights.

2. Learned State counsel submits that appropriate consideration may be made on such prayer.

3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for parties and taking into consideration the cause shown, the delay of 241 days in filing review applications is condoned.

4. List the review applications for admission. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ) (G.ARUL MURUGAN,J) 19.02.2026 kpl _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
