ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.21/2015 dated 09.01.2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the First Information Report as against the petitioner is concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is the case of the defacto-complainant that he had supplied goods to various parties in Gujarat through this petitioner, for which, the defacto-complainant has not received payments and on further enquiry, it appears that the goods had not reached the destination.

4. Under such circumstances, a complete investigation is essential. The petitioner has now been enlarged on anticipatory bail and therefore, it is imperative that he should co-operate with the police for recovery of the goods and during the course of enquiry, if it is found that the defacto-complainant has lodged a false complaint, the first respondent shall take action as against him.

With the above said direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
