2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present writ petition, the address of the fourth respondent was wrongly quoted by them in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the address of the fourth respondent as Sub Inspector of B-4, Baluchettychatram Police Station, Kancheepuram District instead of Sub Inspector of Police, Sungauvarchatram Police Station, Kancheepuram District. While so, this Court by order dated 28.03.2019, has ordered for release of the said vehicle and the address of the fourth respondent was wrongly mentioned in the said order dated 28.03.2019.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.In all other respects, the earlier order dated 28.03.2019 shall remain unaltered.

5.The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy upon payment of necessary charges by amending the address of the fourth respondent as stated in this petition.
