PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka. No.210/2015 dated 15.6.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to sanction the Petrol Scooter to the petitioner in the Differently Abled Welfare Scheme of the State.
