The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 284 days in preferring the above Criminal appeal against the judgment and order in C.C.No.2634 of 2016 dated 02.05.2022 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, acquitting all the accused in the above CC..

2. Mr.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Addl. Public prosecutor appearing for the 4th respondent have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
