Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the Appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 03.09.2021 to cancel the proceedings of third respondent in No. Nil dated 16.08.2021. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 03.09.2021 under to the second respondent requesting the cancellation of the notice dated 16.08.2021 issued by the third respondent to the petitioner intimating that the rental agreement entered between the petitioner and the third respondent society was terminated. The petitioner has raised several grounds on merits.

3. Considering the fact that this Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner only for a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation filed by the petitioner on 03.09.2021, I am inclined to dispose this Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.09.2021 filed by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that before passing such order, the petitioner and the third respondent shall be heard.

4. The respondents are directed to maintain the Status - Quo till the disposal of the said Appeal / representation filed by the petitioner on 03.09.2021.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed with the above direction. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
