This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District and to transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam.
2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tanjore and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tanjore. The learned Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tanjore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
