A.Nos.2177 to 2180 of 2022 in C.S.No.351 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These applications have been filed seeking to set aside the ex parte order dated 26.04.2022 passed against the defendants 4 to 7 in CS.No.351 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants 4 to 7 would submit that the suit summons were not served in person, but were served in the office of the CSI Coimbatore Diocese, Coimbatore and immediately thereafter the applicants have filed the written statements. However, this Court vide order dated 26.04.2022, set the applicants/defendants ex parte. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks to set aside the ex parte order.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants 4 to 7 and in view of the fact already the applicants filed the written statement and in the interest of the justice, this Court feels it appropriate to set aside the ex parte order. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
