Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for all the records relating to the impugned order G.O. (RT) No.3229 dated 20.12.2006 issued by the Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department, the First Respondent herein, by which the Petitioner was transferred from the post of Principal to a much inferior post of Siddha Medical Officer, and the consequent order Ref.No.12310/E1/1/2006, dated 20.12.2006 issued by the Special Commissioner of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, the second respondent herein, by which the Petitioner was relieved of his duties as Principal, and to quash the same. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
