Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition wherein the petitioner had been ordered to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 am for interrogation imposed in its previous order dated 16.08.2021 in Crl MP No.7831 of 2021 or pass any other order or orders, the Honble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances stated above and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.VASANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S J.R.ARCHANA Advocate FOR MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 am for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 01.11.2021 to 01.05.2022.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that substantial portion of investigation completed and shortly final report is to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7831 of 2021, dated 16.08.2021 is totally relaxed.
