The application has been filed seeking payment of Rs.87,094/- which is now in the credit of Application No.1479/2019 as Court deposit.

2. It is stated that the interest should also be paid on the said account. But however, the Joint Registrar, Original Side of this Court has put up a note which states that a sum of Rs.87,094/- alone is available and that the said amount does not bear any interest.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also on this aspect.

4. Registry is directed to payment out the said amount of Rs.87,094/- to any authorized officer of the applicant, after following due procedure in accordance with rules.
