rpl 2.Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.251 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri is withdrawn and transferred to Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to renumber the HMOP and proceed in accordance with law.

3.With the above direction the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
