This petition has been filed to to direct the 2nd Respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it appears to be a chit transaction. It is also seen that about five persons who had joined chit and the opposite party have entered into Memorandum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Settlement by which, the opposite party has agreed to repay the money before 18.11.2015 and one Ms.B.Revathi has been appointed as Mediator. Hence, this petitioner is directed to approach the said B.Revathi and join with others.
