This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted on instructions that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.276 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
