... Respondent in Arb.Apln.207/23 and others Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent Corporation, has placed before this Court the proceedings dated 11.07.2023 passed by the Principal Secretary/Commissioner for cancellation of tender.

2. As seen from the aforesaid proceedings of the Principal Secretary, the tenders awarded to third parties have now been cancelled and therefore, the apprehension raised by the applicants in these applications are uncalled for.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants also agrees with the submission 1/3

made by the learned Senior counsel for the respondent corporation, which is based on the proceedings of the Principal Secretary dated 11.07.2023.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in these applications. Accordingly, after recording the aforesaid proceedings of the Principal Secretary dated 11.07.2023, these applications are dismissed as infructuous.
