This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 302 of 2023 on the file of Inspector of Police, PEW, Gummidipoondi Police Station, Tiruvallur District.
2. The case of the prosecution is that respondent found the petitioner with the possession of 180 kgs of Ganja. Hence,the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case based on the confession statement of accused persons. Further, the petitioner is ready to abide any condition as impose by this court. On the other side, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side ) submitted that respondent found the accused persons with the possession of 180 kgs of Ganja. Further, he stated that the petitioner is supplier of the above Ganja.
4.Considering the gravity of the offence and also the 180 kgs of Ganja was said to be supplied by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
