Prayer: Writ appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 01.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.16267 of 2012.

JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Jaishankar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 5.
2. The appellant is challenging the order of the learned single Judge dated 01.03.2022 in W.P.No.16267 of 2012.
3. In the said writ petition, the learned single Judge has passed the following order:

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that the impugned order was passed based on Circular No.67 and during the pendency of this writ petition that circular itself was withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and thereafter by circular dated 06.04.2018 all cancellation orders were recalled. Hence the present impugned order will also be recalled, if not already recalled.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed."
4. The learned Single Judge has not decided any issue and has recorded about the Circular No.67 being withdrawn by the subsequent circular. In case the appellant is aggrieved by the withdrawal of the circular, then it is the withdrawal of the circular that has to be challenged by the appellant.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
