Crl.O.P.No.9050 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.9050 of 2024 T.V.THAMIILSELVI, J., The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Crime No.196 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, on 12.06.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 21.06.2024.

3. Today (21.06.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the intervenor is present. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
