This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.

2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there had been clerical mistake in filing the present appeal and to rectify the same, the delay of 44 days occurred.

4.Ms.Rishi S.Ahuja, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. She has got no objection in allowing this petition. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal Case, if it is otherwise in order.
