Prayer:- This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for violating the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.O.P.No.9945 of 2017 dated 27.07.2017.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for violating the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.O.P.No.9945 of 2017 dated 27.07.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.07.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the fourth respondent herein has filed a status report stating that he has not harassed the petitioner. 3.I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the earlier order passed by this Court.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed. 05.10.2018 jbm Index: Yes/No Speaking order/non speaking order
