The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to follow the NEET exam marks for selecting students for MBBS/BDS for the academic year 2017-2018, based on exam held on 07.05.2017.

2. Admittedly, the present process for selecting the students for admission to MBBS/BDS for the academic year is based on NEET exam marks alone. Therefore, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
