This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 157 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 19.08.2024 passed in Spl.SC.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Court, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 157 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
