This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1346 of 2015 on the file of the 5th respondent to CB CID.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.1346 of 2015 under Section 147, 148, 341, 336, 427, 302 IPC and the investigation is at very infant stage. At this juncture, it is not feasible to transfer the investigation to any other agency.

4. Taking into consideration the gravity of the allegations in the case, this Court is of the view that it will serve the interest of justice that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Madhavaram is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.1346 of 2015. With the above direction, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
