Order No. 4609/Tho.Pa.2/2015 dated 19.02.2015 and to quash the same and consequently allowing the Petitioner to continue to function as Manager and Correspondent of TELC Industrial Training Institute Nagal Nagar Dindigul based on the approval of appointment issued by 2nd Respondent proceedings dated 10.04.2013. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6 and Mrs. A.L. Gandhimathi, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of R7.

2. In the light of the letter dated 24.08.2015 circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition by impleading necessary parties, namely, Secretary and Treasurer of TELC. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.1 to 3/2015 are closed. No costs.
