O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the complaint dated 21.08.2015 does not disclose the commission of a cognizable offence and hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a fresh complaint, in which, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1035 of 2015.

5. If that is so, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before this Court, in connection with CSR.No.1035 of 2015.
