This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decretal order dated 29.06.2018 passed in IA.No.49 of 2018 in HMOP.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur.

The present civil revision petition was listed for admission on 18.09.2018. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 25.09.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter. As such, the civil revision petition is pending for three years without even admission or ordering notice to the respondent. Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner before this Court. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the civil revision petition. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
