M.P. No.198 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. M.P. No.311 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is complying the condition imposed vide order passed in Crl.M.P. No.198 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025, he is unable to comply the condition and hence prayed for modification of condition. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police has confirmed the above fact.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 2/4

4(b) in the order in Crl.O.P. No..311 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
