O R D E R

The petitioner Society made application on 24.4.2014 seeking to start a course of Diploma in Agriculture and Horticulture for the academic year 2015-2016. On receipt of the application, the 1st respondent has passed an order on 30.4.2015 stating that the petitioner will have to apply as per the revised guidelines and application of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. Accordingly, in the said communication, a copy of the revised guidelines and application were enclosed.

2. In view of the Order dated 30.4.2015 passed by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has got no other option except to go under the revised guidelines by filling up the application provided to it. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
