O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to measure the property of the petitioner measuring to an extent of 405 sq.meter in Survey No.368/13, Meppur Village, Poonamallee Taluk and the adjacent property measuring to an extent of 1 cent in Survey No.136, Meppur Village, Poonamallee Taluk, by earmarking the four boundaries within a time frame.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made application to the first respondent on 28.10.2021 seeking to measure the subject properties and to demark the boundaries and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application made on 28.10.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation made on 28.10.2021, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
