Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.M.P.No. 312 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee; that while granting bail, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee imposed the condition that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days; that since the petitioner is residing at Dharmapuri, he was not able to appear before the respondent Police.
