COMMON JUDGMENT The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. There is no representation on the side of the respective Appellants. However, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent is present and would submit that these civil miscellaneous petitions are not maintainable, since there is no question of law involved. According to her, aggrieved by the dismissal of an application seeking for waiver of pre-deposit amount, the present appeal has been filed which does not involve question of law.

2. Since there is no representation on the side of the Appellant, it can now be inferred that the respective Appellants are not interested in prosecuting these civil miscellaneous appeals. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous appeal are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
