ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 2.This Civil Revision Petition has been filed on a very narrow compass seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif / Rent Controller, Ambattur to pass orders in M.P.No.121 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.45 of 2018 pursuant to order dated 21.01.2021 in M.P.No.121 of 2018.

3.M.P.No.121 of 2018 had been filed taking advantage of Section 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended. An order was passed by the learned Rent Controller / District Munsif, Ambattur, in M.P.No.121 of 2018, directing the tenant to pay the arrears of rent within a particular date. The tenant filed an Appeal. That Appeal was dismissed. Thereafter, there is an obligation on the learned Rent Controller, to pass consequential orders, since there has been no compliance of order to pay the arrears of rent.

4.It is complained by Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Rent Controller is giving adjournments without passing any consequential order.

5.Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned Rent Controller / District Munsif, Ambattur to pass final orders / consequential orders in M.P.No.121 of 2018 on or before 13.08.2021.

6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
