Respondent Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to locate the petitioner's original representation dated 28.2.2010, and dispose it of by proper evaluation of all attendant revenue records and maps (including survey of both the perimeter pathways), and to fix responsibility for the inordinate five years delay and report compliance.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that his father had submitted a representation dated 3.8.2009, to the respondent praying for transfer of name in respect of the land in Natham Survey No.443/3, and for issuance of patta in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 300 square feet, in Survey No.443/12, Maniyanur Kandampalayam Village, Paramathi Vellore Circle, Namakkal District, and the Tahsildar, Paramathi Vellore, vide proceedings dated 26.10.2009, has effected name transfer in respect of Survey No.443/3; but, he has not passed any orders with regard to the request made by the petitioner in respect of the lands in Survey No.443/12, and the petitioner, in this regard, has also submitted a representation dated 28.2.2010, to the respondent, followed by e-mails dated 7.10.2014, 7.11.2014 and 14.11.2014, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without gong into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner in this writ petition, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent by enclosing a copy of this order along with his earlier representation dated 28.2.2010, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, and pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
