The parties had been directed to tender evidence before the learned Master - IV.

2.The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to produce additional documents.

3.The documents filed are, order of name transfer, name transfer fees and encumbrance certificates.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent had been gracious to say that he has no objection. However, these documents can be taken on record subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof and also in manner known to law.

5.With the above observation, this application is allowed. 6.The matter is remitted back for appearance of parties before the learned Master - IV on 13.10.2022 for recommencing evidence. 7.List the matter before this Court after recording evidence in full.
