This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4442 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Pollachi District and report before the Pollachi Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the final report has been filed before XV Additional Sessions Judge, Singaravelar Maligai, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4442 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Singaravelar Maligai, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
