For Petitioners ..
Mr.M.Vaidyanathan in all WPs COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J.) These writ petitions are filed by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, challenging the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, in a batch of applications.
2. Heard Mr.M.Vaidyanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. By a common order passed on 2.5.2014, in a batch of applications in O.A.Nos.587 of 2013 etc. the Central Administrative Tribunal allowed the claim of the employees for the preparation of year wise panels and for considering the cases of the respondents for regularisation against such vacancies on the basis of seniority. As against the said common order, a batch of three writ petitions came up before us earlier in W.P.Nos.15509, 20660 and 22162 of 2014. These writ petitions were dismissed by a Division Bench, to which one of us (V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J) was a party, by a common order dated 26.3.2015. Therefore, the present writ petitions also deserve to meet with the same fate. Hence, following the order passed in W.P.Nos.15509, 20660 and 22162 of 2014, dated 26.3.2015, these writ petitions are also dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
