Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking suspension of detention imposed on the petitioner by invoking Section 122 of Cr.P.C. by order dated 30.04.2021 in M.P.No.07 of 2021 by the Executive Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Adayar, Chennai, detaining the petitioner in prison for 309 days and release the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above criminal revision.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the detention order detaining the petitioner for a period of 309 days in prison is suspended. Since, the petitioner is detained in prison for breach of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond executed under Section 110 Cr.P.C, he shall execute his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the 1st respondent. List the matter on 09.07.2021.
