O R D E R
The petitioner was arrested on execution of a Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, for the offences under Sections 120(B) r/w 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1998, pending trial in C.C.No.19 of 2025, in respect of R.C.No.15/A/2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is a case where, due to the absence of the petitioner in appearing before the Court pursuant to summons, a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued on 25.11.2025. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and file an appropriate application.
