This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2016 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint dated 06.06.2016 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.272 of 2016 before the 3rd respondent Police.

4. This Court finds that the petitioner was admitted in the Hospital and there is A.R. entry. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent Police is directed to register regular FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
