The above captioned Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that that since the first appellant is unable to meet both the ends to maintain the minor children, she may be permitted to withdraw the interest that is accrued so far in respect of the shares of the minor children and requested for adding the same in the order.

3. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the following addition shall be made at 15th line in paragraph 12 of the order dated 14.08.2023 after the word "accrued interest" the following shall be added.

Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy adding the above line in the order dated 14.08.2023.
